Santa Fe GP60M makes a pickup at Safeway siding on the Richmond Pacific

I had to run over to Longs to pick up a prescription today. I had heard a train horn that sounded like the crossings at Stege so grabbed my camera just in case. As I came over the Marina Bay Parkway grade crossing I found the BNSF Oakland local doing some switching at Safeway siding.

Forty-five minutes and twenty shots later, I was on my way to the drugstore!

I have posted the shots in a new Prototype Gallery along with annotations about what was going on and a few modelers notes. Even a simple pickup can be an enjoyable railroading interlude.
